Raley has had an impressive season thus far, posting eight scoreless appearances and allowing just two hits in 7.0 innings pitched. He has also struck out nine batters and walked three. Most recently, he recorded two outs against the Dodgers, including a strikeout of Shohei Ohtani.
The Mets will need to find someone to step up and fill Raley’s spot in the bullpen if they want to maintain their success this season.
