Kaiser Permanente has once again been declared the leading health insurer in the nation by Insure.com, according to their recent Best Health Insurance Companies of 2024 list. The company received top ratings for affordability, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness, making it the second year in a row that they have achieved this recognition.
Insure.com evaluated over 70 health insurance companies in the U.S. by using industry data and conducting a survey of consumers interested in or currently seeking health insurance. The consumer survey focused on aspects such as the range of policy offerings, level of trust in the insurer, likelihood of renewing coverage, and the digital experience provided by the insurance company. Each company was rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest rating.
Kaiser Permanente received an overall rating of 4.2 stars, marking them as the top health insurer in the U.S. for the second consecutive year. Brandon Cuevas, Executive Vice President of National Health Plan at Kaiser Permanente, expressed pride in the company’s recognition but also emphasized their commitment to continual improvement. He stated that while they are honored to be named the best health care organization in the country, their care teams are dedicated to earning and maintaining the trust of members through their expertise and hard work.
