His lawyer Arthur Aidala confirmed that he is currently being examined at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan. Despite his current predicament, Weinstein is said to be in good spirits and satisfied with the medical attention he is receiving after his release from prison. The specific health problems he is facing are not known, but it is reported that he has heart ailments, diabetes, sleep apnea, and eye problems among other issues.
