Global Exchange on Science Education: A Meeting of Experts from Five Countries to Discuss Teaching and Learning Processes

The Ministry of Education on the island has announced that a meeting will be held with researchers from Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Ecuador, Spain, and Venezuela. The focus of the Congress will be on the teaching and learning processes of natural and exact sciences, technical sciences, higher education, and non-formal education. Discussions will also cover the role of sciences in the digital transformation of societies and the nurturing of talent in children, adolescents, and young people in the field of science.

The scientific program for the Congress will include five symposiums such as teaching Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Earth and Space Sciences. The use of computer resources and development of digital skills in the teaching and learning process of these disciplines will also be explored. Alongside these symposiums there will be associated exhibitions where institutions projects national and foreign companies can showcase their products services materials.

The opening conference of the congress will be delivered by Luis Velázquez president Cuban Academy of Sciences this gathering is expected to provide a platform for experts from various countries to exchange ideas best practices research findings in science education. Participants have opportunity to network learn from each other contribute advancement science education globally.
