Little Bake Shop owners, co-owner Adrienne Engelhart and Andy Buck, are excited to announce the opening of a new breakfast and coffee restaurant in the West Valley. Scheduled to open on June 1, the new establishment will offer customers a spacious location and an expanded menu. The new location will be at 6801 W. Tieton Drive, across from Roots Nursery.

Initially starting at Johnson Orchards on Summitview Avenue in Yakima in 2011, Engelhart and Jill Johnson sold baked goods made from fresh fruit grown by Johnson and her husband, Eric. In 2021, Jill stepped away from the business, prompting Buck to become a co-owner. The new business venture emerged from a collaboration with Brianne Plath, owner of a historic home located at 68th Avenue and Tieton Drive. Plath saw the potential for a coffee shop at the location, leading to the development of the new restaurant.

The new coffee shop will offer a rotating menu that includes various breakfast sandwiches, quiches, savory scones, and different Danishes. There are plans to introduce a lunch menu in the future, expanding the range of offerings. Despite the expansion
