Trameia Wright has been running her design business, Creatively Inke by T, for six years out of her Northeast Baltimore home. As a mother to her third-grade son, Chase, she juggles her responsibilities as a parent with her role as a business owner. Wright attributes her passion for entrepreneurship to her father, who inspired her to chase after her dreams.
Wright is one of several local t-shirt designers selling “Maryland Tough | Baltimore Strong” shirts that she prints in her basement. She believes in the resilience and strength of Maryland and Baltimore, despite the challenges they face. Wright emphasizes the importance of unity in overcoming obstacles as a state, community, and unit.
Apart from t-shirt printing, Wright offers design services for logos, websites, yard signs, flyers, business cards, banners, and other personalized materials. She is also a member of “Buy Black Baltimore,” a Facebook group with over 67,000 members. With determination and faith in the strength of her community, Wright hopes to expand her business by moving into a larger space where she can offer an extensive range of products to her customers.
