The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development has announced that it will allocate 96 billion pounds to implement 1,260 development projects in Cairo Governorate over the next two years. This investment is aimed at supporting the Sustainable Development Plan and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030.

In a report on the Citizen’s Investment Plan for Cairo Governorate, the Ministry emphasized the importance of community participation in ensuring the success of sustainable development initiatives at the local level. Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, highlighted the need for balanced regional development to be achieved through community engagement.

To achieve this goal, the Ministry has decided to involve local communities in decision-making processes and ensure that development projects meet the needs of the people.
