In Russia, the court has ordered preventive detention for four suspects accused of carrying out the attack on Crocus City Hall, a popular concert hall that claimed the lives of at least 137 people. Two of the suspects, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Dalerdzhon Mirzoev, have already appeared in court. Mirzoev, a Tajikistan citizen with expired residence documents, admitted his guilt while Rachabalizoda also confessed to his crime and has no criminal record.

Meanwhile, two more suspects, Fariduni Shamsudin and Muhammad Sobir Faizov, were brought before the court after their arrest in Bryansk. Faizov was injured during his arrest and is currently being treated in hospital. Shamsudin claims to work in a factory and has an eight-month-old son, while Faizov is a hairdresser who is currently unemployed. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack that resulted in 137 deaths and 180 injuries.

A total of eleven people have been arrested in connection with the attack, with four being directly involved. The survivors took over a day to seek medical attention due to shock. The suspects are facing serious charges in court as they prepare for their trial.
