This senior living and health care services operator is focused on supporting patients facing specific challenges related to terminal illnesses by offering multiple services that bridge the gap in the continuum of care.

According to Brandy Pratt, vice president of hospice for Dover Health, the company’s unique care delivery model will be tailored to meet the needs of patients facing terminal illnesses. By providing a range of services, including independent living, personal care, assisted living, memory care, and hospice care, Dover Health hopes to support patients in their desire to age in place.

Initially launching within Cedarhurst Senior Living communities, which is another subsidiary of Dover Health, Dover Health plans to expand beyond Cedarhurst into surrounding communities and skilled care locations. The company also looks forward to collaborating with seniors housing operators, health plans, and other providers to enhance care for seniors.

As a subsidiary of The Dover Companies, which also runs various other businesses such as senior living development and pharmacy services, Dover Health is well positioned for expansion into new markets.
