On Tuesday, the U.S. Coast Guard resumed its search for a missing Charlotte business owner who disappeared off the coast of North Carolina. Jeffrey Kale, 47, went fishing in the Atlantic Ocean on April 6 but never returned to shore. His family has not heard from him since.

Kale’s boat was found more than 80 miles off the coast of Wrightsville Beach, with no one on board. The search for Kale was initially suspended on Monday evening but has now resumed with the assistance of the U.S. Navy. Kale was last seen around 4 p.m. on Saturday, on his 32-foot Cape Horn boat with hull number NC4431FA.

Efforts to locate Kale are ongoing as authorities work to piece together the details of his disappearance. The situation remains a mystery as family and friends eagerly await news of his whereabouts. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
