On April 21, 2024, Philippine Army Maj. Johanaville Villanueva and U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Ron Williams, both members of the Combined Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force, led a community health engagement event at Davila Elementary School in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte.
