On April 22 in Nashville, Mental Health Songwriter’s Night is hosting an event called “Mental Health Night”. This songwriter’s event will benefit Mental Health America of the MidSouth and showcase local artists. The event will take place at AB Hillsboro Village, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the show running from 7-9 p.m.

The event aims to remind people that they are not alone in their mental health journey, offering a sense of community and support. Organizer Zhaklina Spencer expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support for mental health resources at the event. She shared how the event has grown significantly since its inception, providing a platform for individuals to share their experiences and messages of hope.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire and connect with like-minded individuals to engage in heartfelt experiences. There will be delicious charcuterie boards and drinks available for purchase, including special mocktails curated for the event. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online.

Mental Health America of the Mid-South will benefit from donations and proceeds from a silent auction held during the event. The funds raised will contribute to supporting mental health programs and resources in the local community. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy an evening of music, art, and connection while supporting a meaningful cause.
