The chatbot offered two options: a standard AI persona or a drag queen. To everyone’s surprise, the drag queen persona was the most popular choice, with 80% of people opting for it. Ramin Bastani, CEO of Healthvana, noted that patients enjoyed the comments made by the drag queen persona.
