Crystal Hair, a cloud strategist with over two decades of experience in the industry, has been named as the chief technology officer at A-TEK, an IT services provider to government agencies based in McLean, Virginia. In her new role, Hair will lead digital and technical strategies, oversee the implementation of the company’s digital roadmap, and establish strategic partnerships with clients.

A-TEK made the announcement on Monday that Hair’s extensive expertise in digital modernization and cloud services would greatly enhance their ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with the strategic, business, and digital objectives of their U.S. federal government clients. CEO Kathryn Freeland expressed confidence in Hair’s capabilities to lead and contribute to the company’s success.

Prior to her current position at 11:59 in Sacramento, California, specializing in digital transformation and modernization services for clients in the public and commercial sectors, Hair held senior positions at Accenture Federal Services, Infinitive, and Blue Canopy (now part of Jacobs Solutions), focusing on cloud and big data analytics. Her previous experience will be leveraged by A-TEK to drive innovation forward while meeting the evolving needs of their clients in the digital landscape.
