In an incident that occurred in NW Oklahoma City, a bus crashed into a building after a passenger assaulted the driver. The passenger demanded to exit at a location where the driver indicated they could not stop, and when their request was denied, the passenger physically attacked the driver. This caused the driver to be pulled out of their seat, resulting in the bus crashing into the building near North Western Avenue and West Britton Road.

At the time of the incident, there were five passengers on board. The alleged assailant is now in police custody, and one passenger was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No details about the suspect have been released yet as this is an evolving situation. Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward so that they can provide updates as more information becomes available.

The bus had been traveling along its usual route when it collided with the building. Witnesses reported seeing debris flying through the air as a result of the crash, but thankfully no one was seriously injured.
