Stamford Health and Norwalk Radiology Consultants (NRC) have come together to form a new collaborative entity, Norwalk Radiology Consultants with Stamford Health. Both organizations are committed to providing cutting-edge, high-quality, and personalized care to lower Fairfield County residents right in their own communities.

In 2021, NRC became the exclusive provider of professional radiology services for Stamford Health’s inpatient and outpatient imaging locations. The new joint venture, located at 148 East Ave. in Norwalk, initially focuses on breast imaging and will expand to offer more advanced imaging services. By aligning joint-practice management, the collaboration aims to improve efficiency and offer competitive pricing for patients.

The partnership between NRC and Stamford Health is an expansion of their existing relationship, which has been built on NRC’s excellent reputation for providing expert and high-quality imaging services to the local communities. Liz Longmore, MS, RN, President of the joint venture Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer at Stamford Health expressed pride in expanding the partnership with NRC. She emphasized that this collaboration will provide high-quality care to patients in Norwalk and surrounding areas while also increasing access to imaging services. David Klein, MD, President of Norwalk Radiology Consultants also highlighted the commitment to enhancing local radiology services through this collaboration with Stamford Health.
