Cole Custer won the pole for Saturday afternoon’s race at Texas Motor Speedway, with a lap of 185.471 mph. This marks his first pole award of the season and his second overall. Following Custer is Rookie Jesse Love in second place, who secured his third pole award of the year with a lap of 185.612 mph. Taylor Gray, Chandler Smith, and Riley Herbst rounded out the top five in qualifying.

Among the Dash 4 Cash drivers, Chandler Smith qualified fourth and was the highest qualifier in that group, ahead of Justin Allgaier in sixth, Sam Mayer in tenth, and Sheldon Creed in fifteenth. These four drivers are competing for a $100,000 bonus in the race.

Despite there being only 38 drivers on the entry list, all were able to qualify for the race on Saturday afternoon. The green flag is set to wave at 1:32 p.m. ET, with coverage on FS1. Pre-race coverage will begin with NASCAR RaceDay at 12:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
