The Browns have announced that they will not be retaining tackle Leroy Watson for the start of their offseason program. Instead, Watson has been traded to the Titans in exchange for a seventh-round pick, number 227 overall.

Watson played in seven games for the Browns last season but did not make any starts. Prior to his time with the Browns, he went undrafted in 2022 and also spent time with the 49ers. The trade to the Titans reunites Watson with offensive line coach Bill Callahan, who had previously left the Browns to join his son Brian’s staff with the Titans.

As a familiar face to Coach Callahan, it will be interesting to see how Watson’s skills and abilities contribute to the Titans’ roster moving forward. This move is sure to bring excitement and energy to the Titans’ offensive line as they continue their journey towards success on the field.
