The Los Angeles Lakers (41-33, ninth in the Western Conference) and the Brooklyn Nets (29-45, 11th in the Eastern Conference) are set to face off in a game on Sunday at 6 p.m. EDT in New York.

The Nets come into this matchup with a three-game winning streak, and have a 17-19 home record. When they win the turnover battle, they average 12.1 turnovers per game. On the other hand, the Lakers have a 14-21 record on the road and excel in scoring fast break points, with LeBron James leading the team with an average of 5.1 points per game. Los Angeles currently ranks third in the NBA when it comes to scoring fast break points.

In terms of shooting percentage, the Nets are shooting 45.7% from the field this season, which is just 1.6 percentage points higher than their opponents’ average of 43.8%. The Lakers are averaging slightly more than that at 46% from the field this season, but allow their opponents to shoot even better at 47%. The Nets are averaging just under 108 points per game, while the Lakers score about six more per game at around 109.

This will be only their second meeting of this season, with their last matchup ending in a close loss for Brooklyn at home against Los Angeles on Jan. Nicolas Claxton and Cameron Thomas were standout performers for Brooklyn during that game, while Anthony Davis was one of LA’s top scorers along with D’Angelo Russell
