The Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to recognize outstanding businesses in the area through its annual awards. Nominations are now open, and the public can nominate their favorite businesses. However, only Chamber members in good standing are eligible to be nominated for an award. To see a full list of Chamber members, visit the Chamber’s website and navigate to the Member Directory under the Resources tab.
There are eight different award categories that businesses can be nominated for, including Retail Business of the Year, Service Business of the Year, and Best New Business of the Year. Self-nominations are also encouraged for those who believe their business is deserving of recognition. To submit a nomination, visit the provided link and fill out the survey by the deadline on Monday, April 15, 2024.
The top five nominated businesses in each category will move on to the voting phase, which will be open from Tuesday, April 16 through Tuesday, May 7. The award winners will be announced on Thursday, May 30, 2024, and the awards will be presented at the Los Alamos County Summer Concert at Ashley Pond on Friday, May 31. This is a great opportunity to show support for your favorite local businesses and help them gain recognition for their hard work and dedication to the community.
