Allure Health has closed its clinic operations and the building is now available for sale. Located at 7000 S. Lyncrest Place, the clinic opened in mid-2022 with a relocation of Storm Clinic, an IV business, fitness center, and bar.

On April 5th, Dr. Jeremy Storm announced that the clinic would no longer be seeing patients. He expressed gratitude for the trust and care provided over the past seven years. Patients in need of ongoing care were advised to contact their primary care providers or specialists with options available at various healthcare facilities in the state.

For medical records or prescription refills, patients can call 605-271-5441 or email [email protected]. The building is currently on the market for sale at $5.5 million and there are no individual spaces available for lease at this time.

According to Mike Knudson of Van Buskirk Cos., the property is impressive with a grand entrance and offers a unique opportunity for the right buyer. Interest has been shown from medical, office, and general commercial tenants as the building could be retrofitted for various uses. Its location on high-profile Minnesota Avenue is appealing to potential buyers due to its demographics and visibility.
