This program offers loans with zero percent interest and up to 40 percent of the loan amount can be forgiven, which is crucial for businesses in need.

Cullen Curole from the South Central Planning and Development Commission emphasized the importance of providing assistance to businesses that have been impacted by the recent hurricanes. Despite the passage of four years since the hurricanes occurred, there is still a significant need for financial support in the business community. The availability of federal funds presents an opportunity to help businesses get back on their feet and rebuild.
