Wayzata High School senior golfer Sacchi Deshmukh is the focus of this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight. Deshmukh has been a member of the Trojans’ varsity golf team since seventh grade and has consistently been in the top six lineup. She is currently ranked second in the state by the Minnesota Golf Association and finished sixth at the class AAA state tournament last year.
Deshmukh is not only an accomplished golfer, but also a talented violinist and an integral part of the Wayzata High School orchestra. Her dedication to both her athletic and academic pursuits showcases her well-rounded talents and commitment to excellence. In addition to her musical achievements, Deshmukh excels academically and is set to further her education at the University of Texas where she plans to pursue a degree in chemical engineering.
