Residents noticed a car without a license plate attempting to leave the section towards Berkaber and potentially the Azerbaijani side, according to a published map. Local residents suspected the occupants of being cartographers and blocked the car from leaving the area.
On a separate note, business directories and advertisements for services such as construction in Oslo and hacking tools for a game called Alice’s Dream appeared in the content alongside repetitive ads for personalized t-shirts. There has been no official clarification on the situation yet, with police present at the scene and media not allowed close access. Tavush governor Hayk Ghalumyan was also present, trying to persuade the residents to clear the way for the car.
