Troy Franklin has signed a four-year deal with the Broncos, becoming the final draft pick to agree to terms. This news was announced on Saturday, as the team completed its signing of all their selections for this year. Franklin was one of seven Broncos picks made in April, and he played with quarterback Bo Nix at Oregon, where he had impressive stats of 142 receptions for 2,274 yards and 23 touchdowns over the past two seasons.
During offseason workouts, Courtland Sutton has not been present with the team, so Franklin has been working with other receivers such as Marvin Mims Jr., Tim Patrick, Josh Reynolds, and seventh-round pick DeVaughn Vale in recent weeks. With a strong connection already established with Nix and experience playing at a high level in college, Franklin is poised to make an impact for the Broncos in the upcoming season.
