Microsoft-owned LinkedIn is introducing new AI-powered features for its paid small and medium-sized business accounts. These upgrades are aimed at increasing revenue and engagement, with a focus on helping businesses stand out to their audience. The platform is planning to launch a new LinkedIn Premium Company Page subscription, priced at around $99 per month, which includes generative AI to assist account holders in creating new content.

The new SMB tier also offers AI-powered post writing assistance to optimize content and enhance drafts. Other features include a call-to-action button displayed at the top of the Page, customer testimonials, and tools for engaging with audiences. The LinkedIn Premium Company Page will also feature a logo displayed on the company page.

According to a LinkedIn spokesperson, the new offering is designed to help small-to-medium business customers attract customers, build credibility, and stand out to their audience. With frequent AI enhancements received from Microsoft’s investment in OpenAI, LinkedIn aims to differentiate itself from other social media platforms and compete with platforms like X that are transitioning to offer recruitment tools.

Overall, these new AI-powered upgrades are part of LinkedIn’s ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience and help businesses achieve their goals in the ever-evolving landscape of social media platforms.
