At IFAT 2024, Sesotec will be exhibiting the VARISORT+ FILM film sorter, a modular system that is part of the VARISORT+ family of machines. This new sorter features a laminar air flow system that efficiently conveys flexible packaging and films. The materials are stabilized within the system, allowing for precise identification and sorting. The separator housing is aerodynamically designed to prevent air turbulence, ensuring accurate sorting.

Sesotec engineers have integrated artificial intelligence into their sorting systems, using innovative evaluation methods like “OBJECT-AI” to detect impurities in the material flow and sort them out using blow nozzles. The use of “NIR-AI” allows for precise differentiation between different polymers.

KRS Recycling Systems will also be showcasing their SPEKTRUM+ glass sorting system at the trade fair stand. This system includes a new C-C sensor system that can better differentiate between black or dark glass and CSP (ceramic/stone/porcelain). The system features a special illumination plus sensor system (new C-C sensor) to prevent dark glass from being mistakenly sorted out with impurities like ceramics, stones, or porcelain.

Visit Hall B5, booth 415/514 to learn more about these innovative sorting systems and how they can help improve your recycling processes at IFAT 2024.
