Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC) have recently completed the first phase of Science Square, a cutting-edge mixed-use development located on 18 acres near Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to Science Square Labs, the first phase of the Science Square development also features The Grace Residences. This 280-unit multifamily tower began welcoming residents in April and offers a mix of market-rate and affordable housing options. The Grace includes a 14-story tower and a connected six-story mid-rise building.

Residents of The Grace can enjoy various amenities, including a club room, an outdoor courtyard with fire pits, grilling areas, and a pool and fitness center.
