Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC) have recently completed the first phase of Science Square, a cutting-edge mixed-use development located on 18 acres near Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia. This phase includes the construction of Science Square Labs, a state-of-the-art life science building, as well as The Grace Residences, a modern multifamily tower.
Science Square Labs, which spans 368,258 square feet, is designed to house cutting-edge labs and clean-room space. Its construction marks a significant step in creating a hub for scientific innovation in the area. The facility will help foster collaboration and advancement in the field of life sciences.
In addition to Science Square Labs, the first phase of the Science Square development also features The Grace Residences. This 280-unit multifamily tower began welcoming residents in April and offers a mix of market-rate and affordable housing options. The Grace includes a 14-story tower and a connected six-story mid-rise building.
