On Friday morning, the Henrico Police Department discovered the bodies of two men in a business located in the county. The victims have been identified as 31-year-old Jermarlo Tisdale from Richmond and 36-year-old Rufus Witcher of Henrico County. The police department confirmed that the two men were not related to each other.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting that led to their deaths are currently under investigation by authorities. The Henrico Police Department is requesting any video surveillance or information related to the incident to be sent to Detective Breeden at (804) 501-5000.
