Amazon Q Business, a new feature within Amazon Q Business, has been launched by AWS. This service is changing the way employees interact with organizational knowledge and enterprise systems, providing comprehensive answers to complex questions and allowing users to take actions through a seamless web-based chat experience. It integrates with over 40 popular enterprise systems such as Amazon S3, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce, ensuring secure access with existing credentials and single sign-on.

Amazon Q Apps is another new feature that enables users to easily create apps based on their conversations with Amazon Q Business or by describing app ideas in natural language. Users can build, share, and customize apps using enterprise data to improve productivity. Apps can be published to a library managed by administrators for secure sharing and compliance with data governance policies.

Both services are currently available in the US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) AWS Regions. They are designed to enhance employee productivity, streamline tasks, and improve communication within enterprises.
