Larry Allen, a legendary offensive lineman who played for the Dallas Cowboys and led them to victory in Super Bowl 30, has passed away at the age of 52. The Cowboys announced that Allen died suddenly while on vacation with his family in Mexico.

Allen was a second-round draft pick in 1994 and spent 12 of his 14 seasons in the NFL with the Cowboys. He played a key role in their Super Bowl victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. After leaving the Cowboys, Allen finished his career with the San Francisco 49ers, earning his 11th and final Pro Bowl selection before retiring. In 2013, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame for his outstanding career as an offensive lineman.
