Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley has reached a new contract agreement that will lower his cap hit in 2024, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Originally slated to count $26.2 million against the cap for the upcoming season, Stanley was set to earn $15 million in 2024 under his previous extension signed in 2020, which runs through 2025. The specific details of his new deal have not been disclosed.

Stanley, who turns 30 next week, has been a crucial member of the Ravens since he joined the team as their left tackle in 2016. Despite facing some injury challenges and never completing a full season without missing games, Stanley managed to start 13 regular-season games in 2023 and participated in Baltimore’s two playoff matchups. In 2019, he received first-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors for his outstanding performance on the field.
