In Orange County, there were a number of restaurants and food vendors that were ordered to close by health inspectors from March 21 to March 28. During this time, several establishments faced closure due to various health concerns, including cockroach infestations and insufficient hot water.

One restaurant that was closed due to a cockroach infestation was Chick-fil-A in San Clemente. However, the restaurant was able to reopen on March 26 after the issue was addressed. Similarly, Malta Mexican Seafood in Westminster was closed for the same reason on March 22 but was able to reopen the next day.

Another restaurant that faced closure was La Ranch Market in Stanton due to insufficient hot water. The market reopened on March 28 after the issue was resolved. Bombay Grill Bar & Banquet in Yorba Linda also closed due to a rodent infestation but was able to reopen on March 22 after the problem was addressed.

HB Bagels & Cafe in Huntington Beach and Quan An 909 in Garden Grove also faced closure due to cockroach infestations but were able to reopen on March 22 and March 25, respectively. Hole In The Wall Burgers in Lake Forest also closed due to a cockroach infestation but was allowed to reopen on March 22 after the issue was addressed.
