The team emerged undefeated from the weekend tournament in Great Bend, Kansas, ultimately claiming the KCAC Tournament title with a 6-4 win over Kansas Wesleyan.
Ashton Luera stepped in on the mound to close out the game, shutting down the Coyotes and securing the victory for the Eagles. Oklahoma Wesleyan managed to score four runs in pivotal moments across the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings.
