Our newly-organized blank check company is focused on emerging growth and middle market technology-focused companies in the Americas. Our management team, led by Chairman and CEO Mr. Patrick Orlando, brings over 25 years of experience in finance to the table. Mr. Orlando has held various executive roles and has been involved in multiple special purpose acquisition corporations (“SPACs”) as Executive, Sponsor, and Director. Some of the SPACs he has been involved in include Yunhong International (Nasdaq: ZGYH), Benessere Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: BENE), and Maquia Capital Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MAQC).
