The Bears recently acquired receiver Keenan Allen, adding another weapon to their offense in preparation for selecting Caleb Williams as the presumed No. 1 overall draft pick. At the annual league meeting, Chicago G.M. Ryan Poles expressed his admiration for Allen’s performance in Kansas City, noting that despite his age, Allen continues to play at a high level.

Despite playing in just 13 games last season, Allen achieved a career-high with 108 catches, 1,243 yards, and seven touchdowns. Poles sees Allen’s addition as a great opportunity for the team, especially with a young quarterback on the horizon. He believes that Allen is the perfect fit to mentor and support a young quarterback due to his experience, knowledge of the NFL, and ability to read defenses.

With Allen joining other talented players like DJ Moore, Cole Kmet, Gerald Everett, and D’Andre Swift on the roster, Poles envisions a dynamic and special offense for the Bears going forward. He believes that with these players working together and utilizing their unique strengths and abilities, they will create an offensive unit that is both unstoppable and highly efficient.
