Andreas Rangert, who currently serves as the President of Husqvarna’s emerging markets and Pacific business unit, has been appointed as the new President of the North American business. He will take over leadership immediately and relocate to the United States to be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Andreas brings over 25 years of experience within the Husqvarna Group to his new role. During his tenure, he has held various roles in R&D, Product and Category management, Sales & Service, and most recently led the Emerging Markets & Pacific Business Unit within Husqvarna Forest & Garden. In this role, he oversaw markets in the Pacific as well as emerging markets in Latin America, Central America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Glen Instone, President of Husqvarna Forest and Garden emphasizes the importance of the North American market for the company’s strategy. He stated that it is crucial for Husqvarna to maintain its focus on its portfolio of products, services, and solutions including its leading position in robotic turf care on a global scale.
