This led her to co-found the Women’s Hospitality Initiative, which aims to support and advance women leaders in the industry. Through her initiative, she is working towards creating a more inclusive and diverse environment in the culinary world. Henry Woodruff, managing director of EPIQ Capital Group, shared his experience of helping establish the company in 2018. Being part of the founding team and building a company from scratch was challenging but rewarding for Woodruff. Despite facing intense days and challenging weeks, he found the journey enriching and educational. Looking back after a year, Woodruff saw progress and was motivated to continue growing his momentum with his team.
