The City of Cincinnati is considering taking legal action against a Camp Washington business’ liquor permit renewal after receiving numerous complaints from residents and reports of police calls for service. Residents have expressed their concerns to city council members about Legacy Lounge, citing issues such as late-night disturbances, loud music, and public urination incidents. Sydney Prigge from the Camp Washington Urban Revitalization Corporation has stated that tenants are moving out due to the nuisances caused by the nightclub.

Despite being open for only a few months, Legacy Lounge has faced criticism for the disturbances associated with its location from previous businesses.
