In an exclusive interview with Fars news agency, Ali Noroozi discussed the achievements of the AEOI (Atomic Energy Organization of Iran) during the past Iranian year, which ended on March 20th. He highlighted two significant milestones achieved by the Department of Advanced Technologies in the past year.

The first product is related to the separation of tellurium isotopes, while the second one is a spectrophotometer used in nuclear fusion. Noroozi emphasized that these advancements demonstrate Iran’s commitment to progress in nuclear technology despite external challenges.

Noroozi also revealed Iran’s plans to unveil the stable isotope separation chain of iridium in the New Year. He emphasized that this development will have a significant impact on radiography and diagnostic capabilities, which have been impacted by US-led Western sanctions.

The deputy head of AEOI expressed Iran’s plans to expand its peaceful nuclear programs in the upcoming Persian New Year. He mentioned that achieving a prominent status in nuclear fusion is one of Iran’s primary goals for the coming years. The spectrophotometer equipment produced domestically will be a valuable asset as it is highly accurate and essential for diagnosing nuclear fusion processes accurately.

Overall, these achievements showcase Iran’s dedication to developing advanced technologies and expanding its peaceful nuclear programs despite facing external challenges.
