Hero MotoCorp has announced the resignation of its Chief Technology Officer, Arun Jaura. Jaura joined the company in January 2022 and played a crucial role in enriching the company’s product portfolio during his tenure. After nearly two and a half years with the company, Jaura has decided to step down to pursue personal endeavors.
The company’s CEO, Niranjan Gupta, acknowledged the dynamic nature of the industry and understood that change is inevitable. In a regulatory filing, Gupta stated that they were grateful for Jaura’s contributions to the company and wished him all the best in his future endeavors.
Vikram Kasbekar, who is currently the Head of Global Product Planning, will take on the responsibility of leading the R&D function. Kasbekar has prior experience leading the R&D function and overseeing a smooth transition from BSIV to BSVI emission standards. The company expressed confidence in Kasbekar’s ability to continue driving innovation and development within the organization.
