Hayes Park, a pedestrian-focused community located on Johns Island, is expanding its commercial and retail offerings. With a goal of creating a live/work/socialize lifestyle, the community has reached a significant milestone with twelve businesses already open or set to open in the coming months. These businesses are located in the Marketplace, which features Lowcountry-style buildings that wind around a town center.
New Leaf Builders, the developer of Hayes Park situated off Maybank Highway, will have its new Design Center located within the community. In addition to New Leaf Builders’ Design Center, a variety of businesses will serve both the residents of Hayes Park and the broader community. These businesses include custom builders, a wine bar, a butcher shop, an interior design company, a market, spa, and more.
