Geekdom is hosting two business-focused Fiesta events for small-business owners, entrepreneurs, and those interested in business. The morning event will feature coffee, networking, and a panel discussion on How to Launch and Scale Your Business in San Antonio at their new headquarters in the Rand Building downtown. Attendees will also have access to free coworking throughout the day.

The event will start at 9:15 a.m. and go until noon. It is open to the public and free, but registration is encouraged. In the afternoon, Geekdom is teaming up with the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce for a “Small Business Fiesta” to highlight innovative small, micro, and startup businesses. Attendees will also learn about starting a business in the area.

Geekdom has recently expanded its space in the Rand Building, adding 12,000 square feet with amenities such as a coffee shop, community space, dedicated desks for members, and a podcast studio. They also manage Launch SA, the City of San Antonio’s resource for aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesses looking for guidance. The Greater Chamber is the largest of San Antonio’s chambers of commerce with 1,750 members and appointed Jeff Webster as its president and CEO last November.
