33-year-old mother of three, Diu Thuy, known as “Hanoi’s hot mom,” recently faced weight gain due to irregular eating habits, late-night livestreaming, and work-related stress. Despite having a figure many admired, Thuy struggled with declining self-esteem as she struggled to find time for regular gym visits. In an effort to address her weight gain and prepare for summer events, Thuy decided to incorporate jumping rope, Pilates, and intermittent fasting into her routine.

Thuy’s fitness regimen included jumping rope for 1000-2000 steps per day, Pilates exercises, and intermittent fasting. By incorporating these activities into her routine, Thuy lost an impressive 6 kg of excess fat in just 35 days.
