In the small town of Dong Nai, Bang bread shop is a local favorite. The shop’s owners, Ms. Bang and her team, take pride in using fresh ingredients to make their homemade bread, pate, pickles, and sauce. They sell over 1,000 loaves a day, and the cooking process takes place right on the porch.

The staff at Bang bread shop source their raw materials from markets and acquaintances’ stores without receipts.
