Business leader Lindsey Salvestrin has been appointed to the board of directors of Identity Clark County. Salvestrin, a Columbia Credit Union veteran, took on the role of president and CEO in 2023 after holding various leadership positions within the organization. During her tenure as CEO, she has implemented innovative programs aimed at improving financial wellness, such as the Overdraft Kindness program and a partnership with Vancouver Housing Authority to increase affordable housing inventory. Salvestrin holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and is actively involved in various industry committees and organizations supporting the community.

Kevin Callahan, a Vancouver resident since 2014, has joined the advisory council for the Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington. Callahan recently retired from a 37-year career in local government, which included roles in land use and transportation planning in California and Utah, as well as serving as public works director and emergency manager in Summit County, Utah. He currently volunteers with the Community Emergency Response Team and the Master Gardener program in Clark County. Callahan holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental planning from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a master’s degree in public policy and administration from California State University, Long Beach.
