In recent years, the Cromwell Business Park in Baltimore has been thriving thanks to the influx of new businesses and restaurants. One of the most notable developments at the park is the addition of four new eateries, including Chipotle Mexican Grill, Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings, Hibachi Express, and TropQ Pizza. These popular chains will soon be joining forces with other successful businesses at the park.

The first tenant to sign on was Chipotle Mexican Grill, which is known for its customizable burritos, tacos, bowls, and salads made with high-quality ingredients. With a recent 7.4% increase in foot traffic and plans to open around 300 more stores by 2024, this restaurant chain is poised for success. The lease agreement for this location was negotiated by Andrew Segall from Segall Group.
