A fire broke out at Total Health and Rehabilitation Center in Fulton, Missouri on Monday evening. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The facility confirmed the incident on its Facebook page.

Initially, crews were sent inside to address the fire, but the roof became unstable, prompting personnel to evacuate the building. The cause and origin of the fire are currently under investigation, and Fulton Fire Chief Kevin Coffelt anticipates that crews will be on-site for several hours.
