The Business Breakfast Series, hosted by The Gazette, brings together leaders from various industries to discuss key issues affecting the regional economy. On Tuesday, April 16 at The James Theater, the panel discussion will focus on “The Business Take on Taxes.”

Jon Landon of Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, Geoff Fruin from the City of Iowa City, Ryan Heiar from the City of North Liberty, and Jaron Wilde from the University of Iowa are among the speakers who will explore the impact of lowering property and other taxes and how it affects local services.

Pre-registration is appreciated for this event which begins at 8 AM and ends at 9 AM with doors opening at 7:30 AM. Tickets cost $5 and can be purchased in advance or at the door.
