M&L Industries, a leading provider of industrial equipment in the Houma area, is set to expand its Baton Rouge operations and relocate to a more prominent location. The company’s new building will be located near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Siegen Lane and will measure 47,000 square feet, which is about double the size of its current location on Airline Highway.

Steven Marmande, the owner of M&L Industries, shared that the dealership plans to hire between 5 to 8 additional workers with this move. With 23 employees in Baton Rouge already, Marmande said that the company specializes in selling, renting, and servicing tractors and forklifts.

Faulk & Meek has been contracted as the general contractor for the project.
